Jesus Gomez and Megumi Kitazu are two artists from different cultural backgrounds whose work has evolved through a long-term collaborative practice. After meeting in Berlin in the late 1990s, their individual artistic paths gradually merged into a shared process of experimentation and dialogue.Their work has developed across different environments—from rural France to the Japanese island of Shikoku—and is shaped by reflection, observation, and cultural exchange. Today they live and work in Madrid, where their practice continues to explore memory, perception, and the human experience through visual art.
